I have just began my job at Spalding as a consumer marketer. Since I am the youngest of my group, many of my projects have involved me working with millennials and Gen Z. I appreciate these tips as they directly affect the market I’m trying to get in contact with. I am trying to be as effective as possible with social media, but I don’t know how to meet up with the audience. And if I was to meet up with them, I don’t know what type of activities we could do. We have events all throughout the year for us to make money so I guess we could put something together that more informational, but still most millennials wants their information quick and without lecture. I’m just struggling to find the balance.
